quickly will be my order processesed and CDs / DVDs shipped ?

You will receive our reply within 1-3 business days from the day of placing
an order. If all ordered items are stock and all additional questions (if
any) are clarified we will process your credit card within 1-3 business
days and ship your CD / DVD package within 1-3 business days after the
credit card transaction. |

will I know the total cost of my order? |

invoice from us, with cost breakdown, shipping date and approximate delivery
time for the chosen shipping method + all other details pertinent to your

no, beside the prices and the shipping cost there are no additional fees

our store. Also, US customers pay no US duties when receiving our parcels

what currency and according to which prices will I be charged (CAD or USD)
? |

At the present time, we charge all our customers from all countries in
Canadian Dollars (CAD) only, according to our Canadian Dollar prices (as
displayed).

In case of US customers, the exchange rate of CAD to USD applied in the
credit card transaction strictly depends on customer's bank, and this factor
is beyond our control.

The USD prices displayed on our pages are only approximates of Canadian
prices which we apply in all credit card transactions. We manually attempt
to update these prices regularly, but due to the everyday exchange rate
fluctuations it is virtually impossible to reflect in USD a precise equivalent
of our CAD prices. |

w ciągu 1-3 dni roboczych. Następnie, zamówienie zostanie wysłane w ciągu
1-3 dni roboczych po dokonaniu transakcji kredytowej. |
