Our historic farmhouse, situated on 15 picturesque acres, was built in the 1840's. Recently renovated, it offers guests a high standard of comfort while preserving the charm of a country setting Baxter's is a place to unwind. You can relax in our comfortable living room, read, sip coffee, go for walks or just take in the view from our verandas. Baxter's - it's heaven in the country.
Breakfast is served in our Victorian dining room. Extra meals are also available for an additional charge. These include gourmet dinners and light lunches. We make use of our own home grown vegetables and homemade bread as much as possible.
We are located on a quiet country road three kilometres outside the village of Warkworth (1/2 hour north of Cobourg in the Northumberland Hills.)
